Situation: The client needed a system to track their programs and grants, but traditional Salesforce features like leads and opportunities were not a good fit for their non-revenue generating organization.

Task: The task was to identify Salesforce solutions that would meet the client's tracking needs and provide training to their Salesforce administrator.

Action: To address this challenge, I consulted with the client to determine their business processes and recommended Salesforce solutions that would work for their organization. After identifying a solution, I provided training to the in-house Salesforce administrator on how to effectively use the platform to manage user and data for the organization.

Result: As a result of the implementation and training, the organization was able to eliminate their shared spreadsheets and utilize Salesforce as their single source of truth. The Salesforce administrator was also able to increase their knowledge and comfort level with the platform, enabling them to manage users and data more efficiently for the organization.
