Situation: The client needed a solution to track students and their individual progress within the program, with over 60 requirements identified during discovery, within a 4-week timeframe.

Task: The task was to create a comprehensive solution that met all of the client's requirements.

Action: To address this challenge, we worked closely with the client to identify their specific tracking needs and requirements. We then designed and implemented a custom app using various Salesforce features such as custom objects, flows, email alerts, templates, and various field types including formulas, pick-lists, and checkboxes.

Result: The implementation of this comprehensive solution resulted in a robust app that allowed the client to better organize their data and provide a good customer experience. The team was able to work and collaborate more effectively, and no longer had to wait for answers from coworkers or perform manual data entry when reaching out to a student.

The client was pleased with the results and the solution provided met all 60 requirements within the given timeframe.
